Now this lady is highly PO'ed
Just got a call from my daughter who said she had decided not to vote for Kerry after all, or for Bush. She had sent me an e-mail and asked if I had read it. I said not so fast, there are lots of smear e-mails going around. Told her I'll read it and get back to her. Wish I knew how to post it here. Will try to describe:

Titled "Kerry's visit to Canonsburg, PA"

On Labor Day morning Kerry proclaimed eminent domain on an entire block in a residential neighbor. Yes, folks, according to this garbage Kerry had the residents removed, moved in approx. 90 supporters & VIP's and held his neighborhood meeting "on this man's FORMERLY private property".

Anyone here know the real story?

This is the second time today that I have been PO'ed. The first time was when I realized some a--hole tried to scratch off the K/E bumper sticker on my car, damaging the car more then the sticker.

Where's my meds?

10. It was a problem in Kennebunkport and rich people live their.
In the town itself just regular people live so they only get some higher cost. Or so a member of my family tells me and they live their. Heck I live in a town with no police as the town will not pay for them. They call state police and pay a small fee to county police. They used to have police and just voted them out.

6. Interestingly, the real story is ignored...

The Kerry campaign PAID for their additional law enforcement costs. The Chimpy campaign stiffed the citizens on the bill that got submitted to them.

12. they asked folks to move their cars
If the following blog is to believed, the person whose house was used for the Canonsburg event volunteered its use and the only imposition on the neighbors was that they were asked to move their cars because the street was closed for the event. I suspect that much and more is done every time Bush-Cheney hold an event.

13. Tell her it appears the man
Edited on Mon Oct-04-04 12:49 PM by saracat
invited Kerry onto his "private property" and it appears the street was no more commandeered than it would be for a large wedding. Freepers are desperate!

14. show her these stories
Here's a couple of stories about how Bush campaign events screw up traffic, limit parking, and even force schools to close. http://www.seacoastonline.com/news/08062004/news/30549.htm
