Instead of just using the most recent polls to judge who is leading in a state, he is averaging the three most recent polls.

(BTW: Kerry 243 Bush 295)

For his projections, however, he really should take account of the 50% Rule.

Means the new "good for Kerry" polls will be slower in showing up, that's OK with me.

I noticed his Senate prediction is looking better: 51 Democrats, 48 Republicans, 1 independent - Boo Ya!
