The Kerry doctrine - draft 1

The Bush campaign is trying to spin John Kerry's proposal for decent respect to the opinion of mankind into a "doctrine" that forbids self-defense. But saying "I have no such doctrine" is a loser; you can't beat something with nothing. So Kerry better be prepared to enunciate the Kerry Doctrine by Friday. So here's Draft 1 of the Kerry Doctrine:

Defend the country. Promote freedom. Pay attention to the facts. Listen to the experts. Make sure your buddies have your back. Plan for victory. Tell the truth.

Maybe the third. The next one is about the economy and domestic issues. Even if it did come up, I think we've all seen Kerry is pretty capable of bitch slapping Bush back into his place.
