For real. Edwards has youthful charm, but Cheney has a very sharp wit. Furthermore, the job of VP is to be an attack dog and Edwards is Mr. Congeniality. Edwards would do really well in a town hall format where Cheney might be reluctant to attack because it would come across as grouchy and mean. Also, in a town hall, Edward's energy and charm would be highlighted. But they will be seated.

Cheney is going to look like quite the statesman, while Edwards looks like a nice guy and smart enough but just not on the same playing field.
