Bush* new tax code rewards companies for moving overseas. Kerry will reward them for staying here. He passed out a copy of the "Plan for America" book. The crowd sounded enthusiastic. This was in Tipton, Iowa.

The anchor siad he had talked about the Bremer admission that there were not enought troops in Iraq (didn't hear that part)
