FL, PA, OH, MI....
I mean a massive wave of bombings, bomb scares, drive bys, etc. Absolute chaos.
remember this is national reaction, i.e. middle america. not your personal reaction.

A huge partisan gulf divides the country between the two above choices, protests turn bloody through the month of December and in January Congress is deadlocked, not enoguh votes to reinstate Bush, not enough votes to call for another vote.
A huge partisan gulf rips the country like above and all of a sudden the most powerful people in the world are the 500 or so electors. Chaos, chaos, chaos. Popular reaction against the bombings leads to a pro-Kerry wave, resulting in enough red-state elector defecters to put Kerry in office.
