Really stupid Republicans! |
|
I saw a Zogby poll today that said that 62% of republicans believe that Saddam had something to do with 9/11. Are these people really that stupid or what? I mean it could be the day after day pounding that talk radio does to get these people to believe this crap. If that is true, it is scary. I would hope they are just stupid.

4. Zogby also has a poll that shows 49% of NYC residents |
|
believe that the US government had something to do with 9/11. For what it's worth. http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=855

16. I agree. I think what makes it so interesting |
|
is that you never hear a peep about the real "9/11 truth movement" from any media source that's even marginally mainstream. It's a rapidly growing meme that's still to hot for most to touch, but the cowards can't avoid it forever.

9. The other 38% think... |
|
... it was Castro. :P
Forget it. Some people are more susceptible to the endless repetition of lies, a blind loyalty toward corrupt leaders and have a willingness to shut out even the obvious if it doesn't agree with their world view.
These people are like their glorious leader. They can never admit they made a mistake.
Cheers.

10. Not so much stupid as misled |

Considering Bush & Cheney have tirelessly done all they could to make people think that - without actually saying it.

12. What bothers me is the notion of 'what do we really know?' |
|
OBL claimed the embassy bombings, and the Cole bombing, if memory serves me right, but never laid claim to the WTC. How do we know he was responsible? How do we know who the hijackers really were -- weren't there questions about stolen identities, how several of the supposed identified hijackers were alive and well in Egypt and Saudi Arabia? We only know what we know because the government told us so. And we know how trustworthy these guys are. On the other hand, they could have as easily claimed there were 14 Iraqis instead of 14 SAs and really made their case for attacking Saddam.
My tinfoil hat is sitting a little tight right now.
