GOT MY EARLY BALLOT - need all you all's help on who to vote for president

This first race on the ballot is a real stumper. Can you guys help me out here? Who should I vote for?

I think that Bush line is unreadable (line partially goes through the letters - might mean BOSH) and therefore they need to throw out all the ballots that vote for Bush. :evilgrin:

9. This is the first ballot I've seen that lists the electors....

and does not list the V.P. This is the first time I've voted for Prez outside of Iowa though, so is this normal in other states too?
