1. No predictions.................... |

Cheney is SUCH an evil bastard I put nothing past him in order to appear to win the debate. I'll expect the worst, hope for the best and see how things pan out. Never, NEVER forget who we're dealing with here people.

I think he will do well, but don't think it will be anywhere as lopsided as Kerry's over Chimp. Cheney is a more dangerous opponent and more intelligent, so there will be no embarrassing pauses, stutters, deer in the headlight looks. It is also taking place around a table a format Cheney is most comfortable with. Kerry won the debate on Thursday by his intelligence and looking presidential. Both Edwards and Cheney are intelligent. Some might think that Cheney looks more presidential due to his experience. Where Edwards will be able to draw a clear distinction is by being more warm and the "cares about people like you and me" category.

Not to mention the issues on his side. The only the dicky has is his experience in the debate forum. Id say Edwards will either win this in the first half hour, or it will be a draw. And Im not talking about the media's spin on it. If Edwards can remember that he is facing just another big jury tonight, he will stomp all over dicky.
