V.P. Dick Cheney to speak in Gainesville Wednesday

Fresh from the debates in Cleveland, Ohio, Republican Vice President Dick Cheney will stop by Gainesville Wednesday afternoon to talk with local community leaders at an invitation-only event.

He's scheduled to be at the Gainesville Harley-Davidson & Buell at Interstate 75 and NW 39th Avenue around 4 p.m.

Cheney's also scheduled for stops in Tallahassee and Miami on Wednesday/

Oh someone's made a big mistake. Who the hell decided to send Cheney to Gainesville? This is a place that voted 57% for McBride in 2002. When the Bush Campaign decided to have their Swift Boat Rally here, it was a major flop. The Kerry supporters outnumbered the Bush supporters by about 5 to 1. I am sure we can do even better than that tomorrow. Oh I can't wait.
