ALL Edwards has to do is look "Presidential." People hate Cheney already.
People just want to make sure Edwards looks like he could take over the helm if need be.

Cheney's unfavorables are high and I bet tonight he won't come off as "likable" in the least.

If Edwards can look like he could step in and take over for Kerry, then he wins.

JMHO.

1. True that! Even Nixon hated this guy didn't he?
I've never met anyone who liked him. Even the hard-core bushcult members.

against an old decrepit evil war profiteer bastard.

9. The thought of Cheney in his under-roos ruins the thought of
Edwards in his.

4. I know Cheney's approval rating has beein really bad.
I was thinking about this a little while ago. Although I haven't heard his rating in the past few weeks, the media had been saying nobody really likes him at all. I haven't heard anything lately that would have improved the people's impression of him.

This has to have an impact on this event tonight.

8. No, I meant "Presidential."
Edwards has to look like he can take over the helm--you know, BE PRESIDENT.

Ergo, he has to look PRESIDENTIAL.

7. ya, there isnt a lot on edwards shoulder
he just has to present well. doesnt even have to interact with cheney, can just talk his points. really basically ignoring cheney, and he will be fine, and it stops cheney from getting any grandslam from edwards
