He frames these debates in favor of the republicans... I have no idea why he repeatedly pulls this bullshit but he does. They had the same Bush skewed discussion on Thursday... even afterwards, didn't really weigh in heavily in favor of Kerry -- as if he was almost afraid to admit what struck him in the face the previous 90 minutes.
