doing their spin. word is out make up for shrub's major fuck up. Edwards kicked ass and won!

Wait, this is going to get worse. The media by tomorrow is going to do everything possible to destroy Edwards and Kerry!

2. Edwards didn't "kick ass and win". There wasn't a clear winner
both candidates stumbled. Edwards started off worse. Cheney closed worse. They both got punches in that went unanswered or unrefuted sufficently. Yeah, Edwards won if you know the truth. But if undecideds knew the truth and facts about the issues, they'd already be for Kerry.

Notice how the talking heads were so hesitant to give Thursday's debate to Kerry until it had become clear it was a slaughter... Now right out of the gate the talking heads on MSRNC are jumping up and down about Cheney winning.

4. Tweety has been horrible lately.
Really showing his true colors. The debate was a win for Edwards - not a trouncing, but I was impressed. Here is Matthews's scale for judging debates:

Cheney telling Edwards to Cheney himself = Edwards win (no trouncing)
Edwards trounces Cheney = draw
Edwards wins = decisive Cheney win
Cheney win = race over
