He has obviously been told what to say. Cheney had nothing new to say and at times had NO RESPONSE.

Edwards, on the other hand, outlined the health care reforms, economic strategies and overall NEW DIRECTION that will be taken by the Kerry/Edwards administration. The Republicans are desperate to survive and they have nothing left but SPIN. They tried to spin * as a winner last week, but even THEY gave that one up.
