Call c-span Journal-New York Post Washington Bureau Chief |

repeats Cheney's lie about FactCheck.org.
She says that FactCheck supports Cheney on Halliburton.
Here's what factcheck said this morning:
Cheney wrongly implied that FactCheck had defended his tenure as CEO of Halliburton Co., and the vice president even got our name wrong. He overstated matters when he said Edwards voted "for the war" and "to commit the troops, to send them to war." He exaggerated the number of times Kerry has voted to raise taxes, and puffed up the number of small business owners who would see a tax increase under Kerry's proposals.

Unfortunately, I couldn't call in to roast this "jouranlist's" credibility.
Did she have ONE positive thing to say about Kerry or Edwards? No.
I wanted to ask her if she just plays an unbiased reporter on TV because obviously she's not. She parrotted every spin line-o-crap from the Bushies and the RNC.
I also wanted to point out that the NY Post is owned by Rupert Murdoch--- just like FNC. I wanted to ask whether the Post employees get a memo detailing how to spin the news of the day (like Fox employees) or whether she just takes the talking points directly from the RNC.
It's situations like these where members of the media aren't identified as wholly owned Repub media whores that damage our case. If the independents in the audience knew that this woman was just a private enterprise mouthpiece for the RNC then they could make better judgements about her ridiculous comments.
