The ABC News poll last night showed that Cheney won.
I hear that the CBS poll had undecided voters giving Edwards the edge, though.

I heard that they said when giving the results that it was based on those who watched the debate and that more of those were Republicans!
Which I find highly doubtful. Lots of Dems should have been interested in seeing Edwards, since I bet that a lot of them, like me, haven't gotten to see him speak very much.
That did strike me when they phrased the results that way.

6. CNN not showing poll reults - just announcers giving their opinions. |

7. I voted in the CNN poll |

And 15 minutes later I went back to see how it was going (because it had Edwards winning by 82% and I didn't think it could hold)) and the poll had been removed and replaced with one that asked if it helped you to make up your mind. Over 160,000 had voted when I did.

Did polls support Edwards over Cheney far more than they did for Kerry over Bush? The first debate was a total pushover, for heaven's sake! The VP one was supposed to be tricky!
Yet, most polls I saw placed B/K both near 50%. While the VP polls gave Edwards mostly 85-90%...
Or did I just look at the wrong polls in the first one?

9. The B/K polls were mostly 75/25 or so in favor of Kerry. |
|
I don't know why the C/E polls reflect these numbers, but I'm happy about it...
