Who on earth would PAY to hear him speak? And since he would no longer have any viability with an "in" to the White House there won't be many family friends that will be willing to step up and buy his way out of the next mess he gets himself into.
I'm guessing at least one Bush wife might have to go to work. Understand that Laura is a chain smoker and a shopaholic, somebody is going to have to keep her and the girls in ciggies and new shoes.

He doesn't do any work as it is right now; he's spent most of his time on vacation. I can't see that his routine will change that much, except he won't be doing any more outdoor work (i.e. clearing brush) to gain points with rural voters. He may take a "consulting" job and screw people out of their hard earned money-- that's the only thing he's good at.
