Hand Wringers and Naysayers Unite
I'm getting so sick of people trying to spin the good news from the first two debates into some kind of winning momentum. The fact that there is wide agreement that Edwards won should not cloud the thinking of those of us who prefer to think negatively and like to be depressed about the current state of the election. God I hate all this positivity!!

4. call it negativity if you like...I call it bein' rational......
....some here refuse to see reality and don their rose colored glasses which for all intents and purposes is so much like the sheep mentality they loathe from the right....sad but true. :nopity:

5. This debate was small potatoes, imo. The most I expected from
Edwards is to convey considerable knowledge about the issues and to keep from making any stupid mistakes (which Cheney did). It's that thought process that tells me Edwards came out on top.

And, yes, you're going to have to face the fact that we do have a winning momentum going on. Whenever you're in the mood for a little optimism, visit http://www.johnkerry.com & take a look at the picture gallery of the campaign rallies. Look at the huge crowds of enthusiastic people in attendance. This country is hungry for new leadership.
