Did you notice in the first website that Homeland Security has raised the threat level to Orange in several key cities. Cheney did bad in the post-debate polls, and now we have to distract the masses again. Personally I suspect that the HS system could actually have had some credibility associated with it if the damn thing wasn't so obviously being used as a political tool.
