Bwah hah hah! I just realized - it's all up to Chimpy now!
Edited on Wed Oct-06-04 02:36 PM by ProfessorPlum
The last vestiges of hope for this junta now rest with their illiterate, miniscule puppet. The empty vessel is their last hope. He has one hour and thirty more minutes in front of the nation to go (what a sad state that there is no more accountability than this, finally, after four full years of failure).

Barring a really spectacular (and not too transparent) October surprise, all of the junta's hopes now ride on Sir Prance-a-lot's (non-)ability to win over the voters with his folksy charm.

This thought is really making my afternoon.

Edit - he actually has 180 minutes yet to go, to try to not befoul himself in front of a national audience.

1. Now the NeoCons know how we felt when it was up to him to protect us.

3. What about the media?
You know, that liberal biased media? Many of whom are still trying to say that * won the first debate.

6. True, but there seems to be a limit to the amount of reality they
can distort. Gore won in 2000, despite their best efforts, and their enthusiasm for upholding this junta seems a bit stale at this point.

12. If he had done anything in the first debate
they would have made up some excuse to cancel debates 2 and 3. Since he tanked so badly they need debate 2 and if he passes then they can maybe cancel debate 3 but not now. I smell bacon, or is that toast? Kerry in a big effin landslide!

7. The truth is, by definition, inevitable, hopefully enough
people will see before it is too late.

Really, if you were a terrorist, whom would you be more interested in striking, Kerry? or Bush? We will be in more danger if Bush is elected.

11. That's what I can't believe the Am. people don't see
that Bush, striking out madly and blindly after being attacked, has exactly the responses a terrorist organization would pray for.

Bush wants to get us involved in a constrant cycle of retribution and violence, so that he can war-profiteer. Hmmm. Seen in that light, maybe his response to terrorism is more rational than I thought.

was a flop. the media is fact checking recently. i predict an unveiling of something big the bush administration tried to hide.

10. So, Chimpy is gonna be all tense, trying to make his face behave
when he knows the camera is on him. It's gonna be agony for him ... it'll be like he's got multiple-personality disorder -- different personas pulling at his face. He'll twitch, smirk and blink one minute, and snap to attention the next. It will be Hy-Larious.

Meanwhile, Kerry will just be his relaxed self.

And the nation will notice.

13. On time, you were right the first time.
There are 3 hours of debates left but Kerry gets half to do his thing. Poor little Bushy Poo indeed has one hour and 30 minutes to try to win this thing. I wish him the best of luck (in federal prison, not the election).
