Has Bush About Tapped Out All Support He's Going to Get??
Bush came on from mid-August with the swiftboat liars, then his convention, etc. and I believe now he has hit the wall. The repubs seem to be in a mode now of running down the street yelling to people, "Come back. Don't listen to Kerry. Listen to our lies again..please". When, finally, the media had to cover the debates and have a good showcase for Kerry where 65 million people watched, Bush lost the "mo", the "control", and the smoke screen vanished leaving him bare naked in front of the public. No one is getting excited listening to his same old rhetoric now (today's speech was refried beans). But they are listening to what Kerry/Edwards are saying because they realize they have never heard the little bastard challenged before. The next two debates will keep the "mo" going while Bush frantically tries to hold on to what he's got. There is nothing Bush can say as he whines the "it's not my fault" lines and screams "I'm tough..I am..I really am...honest" to charge up people. No one is going to get excited. The chance to excite now is all in the Kerry/Edwards court. GO JOHNNY GO

5. What is amazing to me is that Bush has so much media on his side
They have just about all the radio hours selling their message and it isn't helping him one bit. Laura Ingrahm was calling Edwards Thumbolina and it seem so pathetic since she had nothing else to say about the debate.d

7. I agree
Not too sound like a broken record but when all is said and done I think Kerry will win in a landslide.

All I come across now are motivated Dems and Indies that want bush OUT or republicans who are so disgusted they are voting Kerry or staying home November 2nd.
And the republicans who are for bush that I speak to are not nearly as motivated as the Kerry voters. It's almost as though they just don't want to admit they are wrong...but deep inside they know it.

This election, with the unprecedented turnout there will be to get that murdering scumbag out of office,(including the youth vote)will rewrite the way these pollsters do thier job.

8. Where is He Going to Get New Voters From?
He has 47% by some polls. Almost all the rest will go to Kerry. That's what the history of incumbent elections suggests.

9. Stay motivated, stay busy
Get. Out. The. Vote.

I think DIA's analysis is good; Lil George has shot his bolt, and it came nowhere near the mark. We're seeing now what Kerry's reputation as a strong finisher means. We've got less than four weeks to Election Day, and strong turnout means good news for Democrats across the board.

By now, you should have extracted promises from all sorts of people you know or are acquainted with to go vote. Start making your own plans to walk or drive people to the polling booths. Make a pest of yourself. Don't let anyone give you an excuse. This year, it's vote or die.
