i have never been able to get C-SPAN's video to work...i just get an error in both mozilla and IE?
edit - error message:
RTSP is not a registered protocol

The VP debate isn't major news and to be honest, there wasn't much drama or anything compelling for the stations to waste their air time with replaying that event. It got replayed last night at 2am on most, if not all, the cable news stations.
Outside of early morning "same-day" replay, I'm pretty sure that only CSPAN2 replayed the Presidential debate, but only once, and the next morning.
By this time, there's little to no chance of it being on TV, best bet is download off of CSPAN or find a TVrip torrent of the debate.
