9. They'll keep trying..................
until they get their desired result. CNN once had credibility, now they're competing with FUX for the much coveted "Best Bush/Cheney Ass Sucker " award.

John Edwards 77% 20473 votes
Evenly matched 7% 1747 votes

and one at http://www.cnn.com/POLLSERVER/results/13678.content.html

Who do you think won last night's vice presidential debate?

13. I'll be damned
they DID scrub it! I voted last night and my new vote just registered! I didn't believe it. I still can't imagine how they think they can manipulate the responses they get because they come from our side.

19. SImple, they Freep it

They wipe after our rush, then turn the freepers on it after wiping the initial rush. Thinking we won't catch it and re-vote.

20. CNN fails to appreciate the differences in intelligence
between Republicans, who blindly follow their leaders, and Democrats, many of whom see that "the Emperor has no clothes". We Democrats are more motivated to respond to these on-line polls IMO, even though there is a hard-core group of Freepers who also respond.

To put it another way, we have more people who are motivated to go online and participate. CNN and others can wipe out polls and start over, but they are going to get similar results every time! We'll see if this translates to a Kerry/Edwards victory at the REAL polls.
