Possible * talking point!!

I got it! In 2001, he received warning a month ahead of time that we were going to be attacked, and in the ensuing month, was unable to thwart it. Now, 2 years later, he was able to rebut the ass-kicking Kerry gave him IN ONLY A WEEK! Talk about growing into the job! With four more years, who knows? He may be able to respond in as little as 3-4 days!
