Kerry should use the full names for A.Q. Khan and OBGYN when speaking. Let |
Bush continue acronymizing the English language to avoid swallowing his tongue by using bushlish language.

1. OB/GYN is an extremely common term. |
Most people know what it refers to.

2. Yeah, but it sounds euphemistic -- it's not an acronym. |
And as a woman, I just don't like the term ob/gyn. Why the hell don't people just say "obstetricians and gynecologists"? Most of the time, only one of the terms is intended, anyway. Is this like saying "veggies" instead of vegetables? :grr: I hate these short forms. I guess I'm something of a language purist. I wonder if other women also dislike the term.

3. Kerry should beat Abdul Qadeer Khan into the heads everybody... |
...watching the debates. Khan is the father of the Pakistani bomb, financed through BCCI. For his work to bust the largest criminal enterprise in world history, Bush's Poppy did all he could to stop Kerry. So did Cheney, calling Kerry a "conspiracy nut."
So yes, Kerry should spell it out. Big Time.
