Zogby results from race2004.net
Here are the new battleground Zogby results from www.race2004.net. Sorry if this is a dupe but I haven't noticed it. Kerry's ahead in 13 out of 16 states! For links to the actual numbers go to above link:

A new Zogby poll with Nader in New Hampshire has Kerry in the lead.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in Pennsylvania has Kerry in the lead.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in West Virginia has Bush in the lead. The state shifts from weak Bush to strong Bush.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in Ohio has Kerry in the lead.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in Michigan has Kerry in the lead. The state shifts from undecided to weak Kerry.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in Wisconsin has Kerry in the lead. The state shifts from strong Bush to weak Bush.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in Minnesota has Kerry in the lead.
A new Zogby poll with Nader in Iowa has Kerry in the lead.

1. and for what it's worth
it seems to me Zogby's the only pollster doing state polls that's reliable. With the national polls you've got two or three that aren't bad. So these are the only really good numbers out there and quite possibly the only accurate ones as well. Of course, we won't have a better idea until election day...

Kerry's leading but the state is still weak Bush? typo or goofy attribution system?

4. questionable attribution system
they base it on latest three polls which sounds a lot better in theory than it works in practice. Zogby winds up not mattering very much because the last two polls were done by openly Republican firms like Strategic Vision.

7. unless I'm mistaken
Zogby doesn't have it on his battleground list. Don't know the reason--maybe he made the decision a while ago and is stuck with it because it's too late to add and subtract states? Anybody know?
