1. After we find out there were no WMD, then no connection to 9/11

and/or al Qaeda. After no democracy flourishes, after we remember that the mass graves were OUR fault.....

After all the justifications are gone and people STILL vote that the invasion was justified, WHAT WILL BE THEIR JUSTIFICATION?????

12. Here's my comments...

The Iraq war has been one of the most shameful episodes in American history. A country that had not attacked us--that in fact lacked the capability to pose a threat and could not even put up a single airplane to defend itself--was invaded by a corrupt president who has under-equipped the troops while cutting their pay and benefits. He lied to Congress to get the authorization, could not justify the war to the UN so ducked a final vote, and had to hold his pre-war "summit" on a tiny island in the Atlantic to avoid throngs of angry demonstrators.

Meanwhile, Osama Bin Laden the enemy who attacked us on September 11 (in part because that president failed to act when warned an attack was imminent) is allowed to go scot-free with only a skeleton force chasing him (and let's not forget that the Bin Ladens and the Bushes have a long-standing business relationship).
