The "Hannitization of Stupidity"
OK, a couple of Hannity spin points:

"Bill Clinton was a coward for not going into Iraq."

"Bill Clinton did NOTHING about the southern swamp people being massacred in Iraq"

"The President had the courage to oppose public opinion and go to Iraq."

I personally think they're getting desperate, their massive tower of lies is tipping perilously. Their once sophisticated lies are getting more shallow and transparent by the day!!!!

This reminds me of Cheney chiding Edwards because he was eligible for a "trial lawyer" tax cut, fully opening himself to quite correct charges that Halliburton STOPPED paying taxes during Cheney's tenure by setting up a Cayman Island subsidiary.

I think they're imploding because it's pretty plain and obvious to ANYONE with a memory that it was BUSH that encouraged those swamp people to "rise up against your masters" and then he let them hang in the breeze. It was the Bush I who failed to forbid the use of helicopter gunships in the north and the south. It was REAGAN who was president when Saddam Hussein was gassing the Kurds!!!! It was REAGAN who sold Saddam his WMDs!!!!!!!

They accuse CLINTON for cowardice in the face of genocide. Yet they opposed his actions in Kosovo tooth and nail. They also hamstrung his counter-terrorism efforts for the sole sake of undermining Clinton!!!!

For the record, there was NO GENOCIDE going on in Iraq at the time of invasion. There was no genocide in Iraq during the Clinton administration. Our efforts to stop a non-existent genocide has led to the deaths of over a thousand Americans and the maiming of thousands more!!!

There WAS genocide going on in Kosovo. Our intervention in Kosovo in cooperation with NATO resulted in ZERO ZERO ZERO combat casualties!!!!!!!

If Clinton would agree to be secretary of state, I think they should give him the job to help sort out all this idiocy!!!!!!

1. you've been Hannitized!
Hannity has 2 tricks that he does with his guests that make him the straight shootin' tough-guy reporter that he is. The first of which is a classic: The Loaded Question. The question of which you could not possibly answer without sounding like an idiot.

Hannity: Knowing now about the mass graves unearthed near Kabul, or the evidence of torture chambers, rape rooms and spider holes that have been shut down forever in Iraq, knowing that there were weapons programs that we stopped from ever even happening, knowing that the world is now acknowledged as being safer without Saddam Hussein in power, are you saying that we should not have gone into Iraq?

Nice one! His other little trick is to give you a quote that sounds like your enemy (Bush) but is really your friend (Kerry). The quote however is taken out of context and then further distorted, or 'hannitized' as the host might say, until it isn't even close to what your friend stands for. For example;

Hannity: Who said this quote, all right. I am going to read you a statement and I want you to tell me who said it.

Guest: All right, Go ahead.

Hannity: O.k. here it goes: "I think that Saddam Hussein is an immanent threat, I have committed war crimes in free fire zones, I believe that Saddam Hussein is capable of creating nuclear weapons, I have personally chopped the heads off of innocent women and children in the Viet Cong."

Guest: Sean, I really don't think that taking a bunch of quotes out of...

Hannity: The answer is, your hero, John Kerry. You sir, are on the wrong side of history.

Genius. Doesn't even make sense. But hey, it doesn't have to, it's FOX news

dig it!~

2. Hannity is a Flip-Flopper.
For years, according to Hannity, the nation (and the world) supported Bush in Iraq. Now Bush invaded Iraw DESPITE public opinion. So, uh, which is it, Sean?

When you realize that you're THAT WRONG. . . doesn't something in your brain give way a little? You'd think.

But apparently not.

4. Keep your friends close ...
... keep your enemies closer.

No, I'll flip these douchebags on to test my "skill" in debunking their lies. If they say one that I can't debunk, I have to go do research.

Their lies USED to be clever. Now they're getting shallow and vapid. They're down to "mixed messages" on the whole Iraq thing since:

* Saddam didn't have WMD
* Saddam didn't HAVE an army worth anything
* Saddam didn't have ANY nuclear weapons program
* All the intelligence they were so sure about turned out to be lies
* The flowers that were SUPPOSED to greet the troops turned out to be fragmentation grenades
* The war DID NOT pay for itself
* The Iraqi oil isn't even coming close
* They refused to pay for ANYTHING out of Iraqi oil (thats for Halliburton)
* Turns out that the BUSH ADMINISTRATIN tortures people.
* The Bush administration has surpassed the annual Iraqi kill number EASILY.
* The streets of Iraq were safe under Saddam. Under Bush, Iraq is in anarchy!!!!

Saddam Kills - Bush Kills, Saddam Tortures - Bush Tortures, Saddam Rapes - Bush Rapes, Saddam imprisons without due process - Bush rounds up thousands for no reason. The only difference seems to be that Iraqi citizens were safe so long as they didn't challenge Saddam's rule in any way. In Bush's Iraq, there is NO SAFETY!!!!!
