15. Holy cow - in this scenario we don't even have to win CO if proportional

distribution of EVs passes. Wouldn't that be something? Kerry would win 273-265. And the SCOTUS would decide if Kerry wins or if it goes into the House. Crap!

OTOH - if Kerry wins CO, he wins regardless, because then Bush can get no higher than 264 and Kerry has at least 274. We need Colorado!
