MOE 2.5%?

I tend to find this credible........

especially Veterans....Kerry doesn't have the majority but he has certainly made in-roads into what used to be a very lopsided Bush segment

6. I would think the MOE would be close to zero in such a large sample

sizes for the other districts.........4000!!

That's a huge sample for a single congressional district.
