Notice anything different about Bush's ads?
Back in the spring, I noticed that when Bush's ads were "negative" (IE attack JFK), they would always put the required language ("I'm George Bush and I approved this message") at the beginning of the add, and at the end if the ad was positive.

I thought that the reason for this was simply that Karl figured that we would forget who approved the negative ad by the time it was over and be impressed if it was positive.

Lately I've noticed that the language is at the front of the ad even if it is negative.

Does this mean that Karl now doesn't give a schiess and is so desperate that he just wants to get the damm thing aired?

4. Interesting.
Having it at the end is more "stealthy" because you would watch it for a few seconds before you knew it was a Bush ad.

Alas, poor me, I don't get to watch much TV so I don't see to many Bush ads. If they come on when I'm watching at the gym, I immediately switch. And I guess I do that because the required language is up front! So, Thanks, Karl.

5. In addition:
they pause for just under a second and then cue the "I'm George Bush and I...." That way you thnk that the ad is upcoming. Then it's an ad for Bikini Trimmer and you just KNOW he had nothing to do with that.
