30. I'm well familiar with the movie. My response to your post was a line

from the film too. After they read Gen. Ripper's cryptic message in the War Room, signed off with the bit about bodily fluids, Gen Buck T. says "We're still trying to decipher/figure out what he meant by that last sentence" or something like that. Then Pres. Merton Muffley says something like "There's nothing to figure out. It's clear that Gen Ripper has gone quite mad" etc.
