So will Bush suddenly have an excuse to cancel the debate
Edited on Thu Oct-07-04 05:40 PM by DoYouEverWonder
tomorrow night.

A lot of attacks today.

So far, we've had two hotels in Baghdad, three hotels in Egypt, something big in Kabul (no other info yet)...God know what else in the next 24 hours?

Seems like maybe the pResident could easily claim that with the spike in violence that he has to play pResident, instead of waste time at a silly little town hall photo op?

1. Ding ding ding...we have a winner...a tie...a draw...a?
Will he show or wont he? I bet he shows and makes a bigger ass of himself, can't you feel the momentum?

3. He'll show and those of us w/o tickets to his circus will now view it
He'll be as aggressive as the preachers selling snake oil. Going to be barely civil.

7. I hope you're right
because when people get to see the real George Bush, they don't like him.

That's what happened in the first debate with the split screen. When it was Bush's turn, people saw the Bush they are familiar with. But when it was Kerry's turn, they got to see the other Bush, the real Bush, and he was ugly.

The uglier he gets, the better off we are.

6. But wait! I thought the world was safer
All this bad stuff isn't supposed to happen unless Kerry is elected.
