that is what Kerry should say in front of every response to Chimpy when he tosses out one tomorrow night...

no more 'sneaking around' ... YOU'RE LYING..

every time...

I say after about 6 to 8 of those Chimpy will go catatonic or walk off the stage..

How do we get to Kerry to level this guy tomorrow night...I am so pissed...Just got an e-mail from a repuke former friend saying that the 17 percent increase in medicare payments required of seniors was a law passed by Clinton and signed by Kerry...That is the 2005 increase for seniors signed into being by bushie on LABOR DAY WEEKEND so it wouldn't get noticed...where do these people get off!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

4. The law was passed and signed in 1997...
... but the reasons for this mandatory increase (and the size of the increase) have occurred on Bush's watch.

The law passed was intended to average costs whenever there were an increased number of people entering the Medicare system--more people in the system means higher costs, and those are spread out amongst all participants in Medicare.

I don't think there's been enough analysis of the costs to determine the cause of the increase, but my guess is that the latest Medicare bill is part of the reason for the size of the increase.

that is the way the simpleness of the populace thinks...Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.(Thanks for the documentation)I would send it on but it still would be twisted...
