Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has decided to return a $10,000 contribution to Tom Noe, an Ohio rare coin collector under investigation because he can't account for up to $12 million invested by the Ohio Worker's Compensation Bureau in a rare-coin fund that he controls, Marty Wilson, Schwarzenegger's chief fundraiser, said Saturday.
