On sundays they start at 7 am and run all day .."Best of Air America"..

Here's the scary part...businesses are AFRAID to advertise with them..

They are under contract to carry Imus for another year, but the manager WANTS to make it an ALL air america station..

Their problem is this.. they NEED the advertising dollars that the non AAS shows bring in..

They calculate ratings by phone calls to random households, and since it's in the belly of the republican beast, the "polled" ratings will probably never reflect the REAL ratings..

They NEED advertising from some brave businesses, and then the dam will burst.. She as much as told me that once a few come on board, the rest will follow, but they are afraid..


If you are in So Cal...call them 909-885-8502...and tell them how much you appreciate their coverage.. She was very happy to talk to me and said that they reallllly appreciated feedback

you could even call them and say you were listening to them online

3. I have already talked to the guy!

It was a man that I talked to, not a woman. He signed as the CEO. I've written to him several times and so have a couple friends of mine! He told me basically the same thing....conservative businesses don't want to advertise with them! He said one of the best things you can do is call and thank the businesses that DO advertise with them and tell them how much you enjoy the LIBERAL programming.

I'm the editor of a small Dem club here and I put this in our newsletter this month in hopes that some of the members will call.
