Is anyone bothered that both DIFI & Boxer voted for nuclear power plants |
That energy bill they both backed has lots of nasty stuff in it.

2. Love her to pieces, but |
I'd like to hear her reasons for that. Her, and a whole list of Dems. On the other hand, there were only a few that voted against, and McCain was one of them. What's up?

3. Cleaner than coal! We do have to make choices. They cannot |
possibly dam Quebec more. What else are you going to do. Smog kills bucketloads of people every year. Many more people die than because of Nuclear plants.
I'm just saying...

5. Nope, I think nuclear power makes sense at this time. |
A lot more sense than coal or oil, that's for sure. In the long run we need solar renewable energy, but for now, it makes sense. Also, we are burning up a lot of the weapons grade stuff from the dismantled bombs. We would have to dispose of that anyway, so might as well get power out of it first.
