Feinstein could sway Roberts vote
http://www.sacbee.com/content/politics/story/13289592p-14131872c.html

Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein seems like the center of the ideologically driven Senate Judiciary Committee.
That makes her someone to watch closely in the upcoming Supreme Court confirmation hearing of Judge John Roberts.

"She is not only a swing vote, but she's an influential opinion leader," said Viet Dinh, a former Justice Department official who's now a professor at Georgetown University Law Center. "She is very close to being the middle vote on the Judiciary Committee."

and this is why we need to keep pressure on her to vote against Roberts!

1. I plan to call her office later today.
I will remember it in 2006 if she doesn't vote against Roberts.

:grr:
