CCC going to NOLA

my son is in the ccc and called me last nite. he said that half of the people at each location are being sent to NOLA, i guess for clean up. i gave him a big :thumbsup: and told him to stay safe! i'm proud of him!

Young men and women who work in the mountains(I think), modeled on the famous CCCs from the depression era.

From memory:
the director of the CCC:

"I have nothing to offer you but hard work, low pay, miserable condidtions."

Morale was said to be sky high.
