Another Underground Explosion Hits San Francisco
http://cbs5.com/topstories/local_story_246182114.html

(KCBS) -There's been another underground explosion in downtown San Francisco.

David Eisenhower with PG&E tells KCBS it happened at Market and Seventh streets in a underground vault, where a manhole exploded.

... Eisenhower says fire crews were able to quickly quell flames by putting CO2 in the vault, and there were no injuries and as far as he knows, no evacuations.
