Will some REAL Democrat please challenge Feinstein! |
|
My biggest regret for not being in California is the fact I cannot vote against Feinstein. Had my plans worked out in Long Beach, I would have but that's another story. I wished some prominent Californian Democrat. A REAL Demo not a DINO would go up against Dianne Feinstein. She let her home state, her party, and her country down so many times. This call for no fillibuster should just be the last straw. Californians ought to be be simply disgusted over this.
So what are you California DUers planning to respond to the Senator's call for inaction?

3. We call her offices every other frickin day |
|
to tell her staff we fully expect her to support a filibuster. We are so 'way past the Last Straw.
I will never forgive this woman for her role in promoting the invasion of Iraq. Never. Ever. And in promoting that pos, she was instrumental in setting up the whole party to play defense and not offense for years. "But, they voted for it, too."
If no Democrat challenges her in the primary and if there is no third party candidate, I swear I will write in my bald headed granny.
I tried to talk a local politician into running against her. He said it would too tough a race. He didn't say it would be political suicide. I still wish he'd do it.
Someone please rid me of this troublesome war profiteer!

She's burrowed so deeply into the political system that you will never get her out. You've all been against any sort of reform which stood any chance of ever getting this life time office holders out so now you can stew in the consequences of your choices.

6. I'm not sure what her position on the fillibuster is yet |
|
Obviously I'll vote against her in the primary if she doesn't support a fillibuster. If she votes against cloture, she's got my support in the primary.

8. I think the deal is, no one can tip their hand on the fillibuster |
|
but we have to keep the pressure on to make it happen.
Nerve wracking, but there it is.
