Does anyone have a good link to recommendations on all issues?

It's from the League of Women Voters.
I wouldn't use it so much as a 'recommendation', though it does provide decent summaries of issues for your ballot (by zip) and links to main pro/anti sites and official prop information.
That combined with google provides a pretty good guide.

equals the best voting experience I have had in a long time. I was able to fact check as I voted. I felt confident on every choice.

I know Pete personally. He's a life-long Democrat from an all-Democratic family. His mom even ran for a state Senate seat once. http://www.peterates.com/index.shtml
