Does anyone know when exactly the budget will be released?

A potential employer has enacted a hiring freeze until it knows what its budget is. However, I don't know exactly when the enacted budget will be released.

budget not even the legislators know, whenever they get done with their compromises and the gropenator signs off. I know fresno county is figuring oct. or nov., they will see what they get and revisit their budget. They are suppose to have it done for the fiscal year but that ain't happened in who knows when.
