Bush's Napa itinerary (NAPA VALLEY REGISTER)
According to the White House, the President will arrive in Redding early Thursday afternoon on Air Force One, where he will receive a briefing and aerial tour of the California Wildfires. He is scheduled to make a statement on the fires in Redding to the press before departing later that afternoon for Travis Air Force Base on Air Force One.
The President is scheduled to arrive at Travis Air Force Base late afternoon, at which point he will travel to Napa County for a fundraiser dinner for the Republican National Committee, the White House said.
The location of the fundraiser is undisclosed, but White House officials have said the event will be at a private residence in Napa County. An itinerary from the White House lists the location as Napa, but other sources close to the fundraiser say the event will take place Upvalley. Bush is scheduled for about a three-hour visit to Napa County, according to the itinerary.
The itinerary does not list any public appearances in Napa. After the fundraiser Thursday night, Bush departs from Travis Air Force Base in Air Force One to Tucson, Ariz., the White House said.
