at least he had a sensible plan. secede from america and collect foreign aid money to cover our enron losses.
once we are back in the green we could've rejoined america. i'm sure by then most americans would want us back. we have a lot of everything! hahaha!
and if gallagher smashed watermelons at his press conferences all the better.
