Could it be Jesse Ventura in '06?
Has anybody else seen the anti-Arnold commercial that Jesse Ventura has been appearing on? I forget what the name of the organization is, but it has something to do with Indian gaming. Could he be gearing up for a move to California and a Democratic run against Arnold? Last I knew he was in the Reform Party, but he could be ready to switch parties.

7. He cost us the Senate by appointing a Republican as revenge
against the Democratic Party. We cannot trust him. He'll sell us out.

2. Ventura is the real Mr. Smith except he never went to Washington.
At least not that way. Still, he makes sense when he talks. I may not agree with everything he has to say, but he's believable. I like him.

3. Why switch????
He would be far more effective coming in as a third party candidate. Jesse's appeal is in not being tied down to either party. If he "switches" and becomes a Democrat, he loses his credibility with crossover GOPers. If he stays third party, reform or otherwise, he can siphon off enough votes from both sides to win.

6. I wondered about that commercial too
I agree with what he says, but can't imagine why he's saying it. Maybe he has strong ties to the Indian Gaming Community.

He might feel at home here in CA...it would be interesting to see, that's for sure.
