Sit-In at Boxer's office on Monday, January 3rd!

A petition with over 30,000 signatures will be delivered on Monday, January 3rd at 1pm to Senator Barbara Boxer's San Diego office at 600 B Street, Suite 2240. The petition asks Senator Boxer to join with Congressional members to contest the presidential election on January 6th.

Protesters plan a "sit-in" to remain at Boxer's San Diego office until she gives them a definite answer on whether or not she will contest the vote. Please come join the crowd!

Is this the best way to persuade someone to do what you want? She could get fed up and say "no". Hope you'all know what you're doing!

2. If 30,000 signatures isn't enough to convince her to take a stand,

then what would you suggest? I didn't plan the sit-in, just heard about it today, but I think it's good to urge her to take a public stance now. If other Senators hear that a Senator has decided to contest the election, they may become emboldened to join the cause.
