Poll question: Where does this group stand on DLC candidates. |
|
Jerry Brown's number one opponent is DLC member Joe Dunn. Dunn seems to agree with the DLC ideals but he never tells his positions to the Democrats. Some people have had to do extensive research to find out where Joe stands on the issues. I guess the DLC stances are not too popular.
With Dean getting in despite the DLC, I'm wondering if Democrats are through electing DLC people.
So where do you stand on the DLC?

1. You left off an option. |

Many folks just look for the "D" and vote, regardless of DLCness.
Like me.

A few years ago, I would not have thought anything about the DLC and would have just gone with the D. The poll was a reference to primary candidates. I'm sure that everyone would back a DLCer over a Republican any day.

3. Even if he weren't DLC, Dunn would be a lousy candidate. |

Every position of his that I've found out about is RIGHT-WING. You're right. He's afraid to tell Democrats his positions because if he did they wouldn't vote for him.
