why they endorsed bush. seems they ran into a midwest hail storm of criticism over their endorsement of georgie boy. and now with the sun times endorsing obama, it looks like the newspaper wars are back in chicago. i gave up on the trib and buy the suntimes now...anyway it`s easier to read

4. I noticed today it was a long feeble piece of crap that didn't explain

anything. The guy went through all these machinations and somersaults but had NO explanation for why the Trib board did what they did. He only explained about well, maybe, oh gee, let's maybe not call this an endorsement. When I wrote my grievance to the Trib about their endorsement, I asked how the hell can you endorse someone who is "resolute" when you admit he is a failure on everything. And resolute in his case means starting a war with a country we should not be warring with and a war that is creating more terrorists.

The more I think about it, Wycliffwas ORDERED to produce some supporting editorial. So, he described the truth in the most benign, friendly ways, leaving most humans thinking, what the fuck, while complying with Boss-man's explicit orders.

I suspect that most of the editorial board is none too happy with Mr. Owner.
