4. Wow. All I can say is WOW!

Ya know, chiburb, back in the primary you and I talked about Obama, and it was plain we BOTH saw him for the quality guy he is. Tonight was amazing to me in that same way. It is simply wonderful to see the response to Obama tonight-- on here, in the hall and from the pundits.

I missed his speech the first time it aired and had to read the transcript THEN watch the re-run of it. I can honestly say that his delivery was simply awesome, and the speech itself just kicked butt.

I am awestruck all over again.

I think we met in November '03, before anyone was paying much attention, and I was still taking a look at Hull (along with Obama). In fact, I think I said that Obama was my #1, but I could live with Hull. YOU said that Obama was the REAL DEAL and described how he had electrified some college kids at Urbana. I was close, but you were closer!
